Good to know

Quick answers to the things people ask us most.

Candles and melts use 100% soy wax, premium Italian cotton wicks, and phthalate-free cosmetic grade fragrance oils. No paraffin.

Our diffusers use a plant carrier oil base with no alcohol, so the scent releases cleanly and gently. Everything is vegan and cruelty-free.

Our candles and melts are highly scented. They're blended to carry well through a room. Some fragrances are naturally stronger than others, and one candle isn't meant to scent a very large or open-plan space on its own. For big rooms, size up or pair two.

Our candles and melts are highly scented, so a little goes a long way and the fragrance lasts. A diffuser scents your space for more than three months with zero effort. That is pennies a day for something you use daily. You are paying for quality that lasts, not a jar on a shelf.

Candles for ritual and glow. Melts for flame-free scent you can switch up often. Diffusers for constant, effortless fragrance in hallways and bathrooms.

Every product is tested constantly to make sure it burns and performs safely. Soy burns cleaner than paraffin, our wicks are lead-free, and our oils are phthalate-free. Trim your wick to 5 mm before each light, and keep diffuser reeds away from polished surfaces.

Orders are packed and dispatched from Cambridge and usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. UK shipping is free on orders over £30. If anything arrives less than perfect, send us a photo and we'll put it right.
