When will I get my order?
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We'll get your order on its way as quickly as we can, and once it's been dispatched we'll email you the tracking details. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you are.
What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day returns policy. We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase, so if something isn't right, just let us know within 14 days of your order arriving and we'll do our best to put it right. Email us at hello@oliandhome.com and we'll talk you through the next steps.
Are any items non-returnable?
Gift cards, personalised items and sale purchases are non-returnable. Everything else is covered by our 14-day returns policy.
How much does shipping cost?
UK shipping is a flat £3.25, and it's free on orders over £30. For orders outside the UK, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You'll always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where are your products made?
Every candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches in Cambridge, UK. We pour, label and pack each order ourselves, so everything that arrives at your door has been made and checked by hand.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every product is 100% vegan and never tested on animals. The soy wax is plant-based, the fragrance oils are vegan and phthalate-free, and our wicks are cotton.
What does the name Oli & Home mean?
"Oli" comes from the Italian word oli, meaning oils. It is a quiet nod to the art of scent and the warmth it brings into our spaces. "Home" is the feeling we hope each candle helps you create: calm, simple, comforting.
