Shipping policy
We keep a small stock of everything ready to ship. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same working day wherever we can, and anything after that goes out the next working day. We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.
Shipping rates and estimates
- Standard UK delivery: £3.25, free on orders over £30. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days of being placed.
- International delivery: 7 to 14 working days. The cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery issues
Please check your address carefully at checkout, as we can't redirect a parcel once it's left our studio.
If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn't turned up within the estimated time, email us at hello@oliandhome.com or call +44 7465 867272 as soon as you can and we'll help you track it down or arrange a replacement.
Missing or stolen parcels
If your tracking says delivered but the parcel isn't with you, it's worth checking around your property, with neighbours, and in any safe place your courier tends to use. Parcels do occasionally turn up a day later.
If it still hasn't appeared, get in touch within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the courier. Couriers don't usually treat a parcel as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date, so we may need to wait for their response before we can send a replacement or refund. We'll keep you posted throughout.
Where you've asked a courier to leave your parcel in a particular place, or with a neighbour, we're not able to take responsibility if it goes missing after it's been delivered there.
If your parcel was stolen: If you think your parcel was taken from your property, please report it to your local police online or by calling 101. They'll give you a crime reference number, and we may ask for this when we look into a replacement.
