Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on used candles, custom/personalised items or gift cards.
Refunds & Damages: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon receiving. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at hello@oliandhome.com or +44 7465 867272 with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
