How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Standard UK delivery is 2 to 4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 once your parcel is on its way. You will receive tracking details by email when we dispatch.
Where are your products made?
Every candle and wax melt is hand poured in small batches in Cambridgeshire, UK. We pour, label, and pack each order ourselves, so what arrives at your door has been touched and checked by hand.
What ingredients are they made of?
100% soy wax, premium Italian cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Always vegan, always cruelty-free. Nothing harsh, nothing hidden.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every product is 100% vegan and never tested on animals. The soy wax is plant based, the fragrance oils are vegan and phthalate-free, and our wicks are cotton.
What does the name Oli & Home mean?
"Oli" comes from the Italian word oli, meaning oils. It is a quiet nod to the art of scent and the warmth it brings into our spaces. "Home" is the feeling we hope each candle helps you create: calm, simple, comforting.
Do you use recyclable packaging?
Yes. From the outer boxes to the paper tape, our packaging is recyclable or reusable, and we keep it minimal.
